Total or Partial Project Solutions	Total or partial employment and supply of labour at all levels and stages of a major project.
Hybrid or Outsourced Solutions	Targeted solution where Principal company secures opportunity for facility management and requires specialist company to employ, manage and recruit the operations workforce, including continuance of existing workforce.
Alliance Solutions	Responsible for HR and IR strategy and people lifecycle. We oversee recruitment, employment, HR management, skills management, local content, redirection, reallocation of labour within different parts of a project, and employment of local workers.
Transitional Solutions	Facilitate labour force transition between projects for existing employees, new employees and potential employees.
Packaged Service Solutions	One or more of the following can be provided to a project; Recruitment Processes; Industrial Relations Services; Payroll Services; OHS Systems; Skills Management.
Traditional Labour Hire and Recruitment Service Solutions	Individual and project based selection and placement.
