Jonathan is charged with leading WorkPac's bid management activity across our core industry sectors. A key part of this is the capturing and articulating of our corporate capability and creating compelling partnership proposals.

Arnaud is responsible for developing a strategic and collaborative approach to ensuring successful partnerships with WorkPac’s Corporate clients, driving the quality and execution of service delivery to WorkPac’s Corporate Contracts and providing support to operations and service teams.

Doug has been part of the WorkPac team for just over two years. His role is to lead the credit team, making sure that as a Company we avoid credit risks, and of course making sure corporate cash flow is kept under control.

Mark has been with WorkPac for two years. His role is integral to the business as he manages the internal IT infrastructure to ensure the performance, integrity, and reliability of WorkPac IT systems.

Shannon sets and manages the strategic Industrial Relations direction for WorkPac. This includes reviewing our Enterprise Agreement platform, resolving industrial disputes and breach of employment claims and developing and rolling out a detailed IR education piece for employees and clients.
