What does your role entail?
• Creating a clear vision for growth,
• Providing a safe and healthy work environment
• Assisting in the personal and professional development of my team and giving them the opportunity to secure financial security
• Creating a work environment of personal engagement, 
respect, honesty and of course fun!
• Continuous improvement in the ratio of profitability to sales
• Identifying and supporting activities that contributes to the social and economic well-being of the local communities WorkPac Industrial operates within.
 
What attracted you to WorkPac?
Two people who gave me the story about WorkPac!  My own investigation saw that it was a company with a strong growth plan, inspiring leaders, a private company without heirarchy, and that it gave its people the autonomy to push beyond the boundaries and create new opportunities and horizons for themselves. 
 
What do you enjoy most about your role?
Seeing the outcomes of growth / success as it delivers positive opportunity and rewards to the people within the WorkPac family.
 
What do you enjoy most about working at WorkPac?
It is like an extended family that allows you to truly explore how successful can you really be in life, whilst just like a family if you stumble it picks you up, dusts you off and supports you try again.
