How long have you worked at WorkPac?
What does your role entail?
My role as a Business Centre Manager is one that provides leadership and sales focused management support necessary for my team to achieve the highest levels of sales growth and client service possible. I am accountable for the results and productivity of the Business Centre.
What attracted you to WorkPac?
What attracted me to WorkPac were the values that this National Company represented. I was also looking for a new challenge in my career path and found that WorkPac presented opportunities for individual growth and development, both personally and professionally, along with career progression.
What do you enjoy most about your role?
I enjoy two parts of my role equally, one is developing strong partnerships with clients and providing them with solutions for their business. The other is my immediate team I currently work with and the relationships and friendships you build with the wider WorkPac family, the culture and the values across the board are inviting, energising and fulfilling.
What do you enjoy most about working at WorkPac?
The daily challenges that really gets your adrenalin pumping, and being able to find solutions to suit my client’s requirements. I enjoying working in a team environment, yet also having the flexibility to work quite autonomously. WorkPac is an enjoyable place to work as you are rewarded and recognised for your achievements and success.
