What attracted you to WorkPac?
I came to WorkPac to assist with a bid assignment, enjoyed the experience so much I made an easy decision to stay when I was asked.
What do you enjoy most about your role?
It's challenging, filled with variety, provides freedom for creativity and is hugely rewarding.
What do you enjoy most about working at WorkPac?
This is a very intelligent business that is forward-thinking and challenges itself every single day. Its work ethic is unrivalled and wherever you go within it there is a focus on service. We are innovative in our thinking and have the agility to adapt to the demands of the markets in which we operate. I am allowed a great deal of input towards improvement and suggestion as well as the freedom to implement new strategy and approach. This is a down to earth business that really does care about its people, its clients, its candidates and our communities. Above all it is an exciting place to work and the potential is mind blowing.

Doug has been part of the WorkPac team for just over two years. His role is to lead the credit team, making sure that as a Company we avoid credit risks, and of course making sure corporate cash flow is kept under control.
