Every step of the recruitment process is quality checked and cannot proceed to the next stage until the prior stage is completed correctly. For instance, our system does not allow a candidate to be placed in a position without satisfactory reference checks having been completed.

Working alongside out Quality Management System is our Risk Management System. Our risk management system operates to the ASO4801 OSH Standard and ensures the safety of our Candidates, Field Team Members, and Clients' Employees. Our system has also been audited by Global Mining Companies and has been approved to their standards.
