WorkPac is an active member of the RCSA (Recruitment and Consulting Services Association Ltd), which sets the benchmark for recruitment and on-hire industry standards throughout Australia. In addition, we adhere to the RCSA Code for Professional Practice, which ensures members observe a high standard of ethics, probity and professional conduct. WorkPac is also a licensed Employment Agent under the relevant states' Employment Agents Acts.

Legislation

We are fully compliant with all awards, statutory and government regulations and other commercial standards relating to the employment services industry.
