Creating Positive Energy with Youth

WorkPac aims to create positive energy with the youth of today by supporting local charities, programs, teams and initiatives that benefit children and our leaders of tomorrow.

  • Support of Lifeline's "Living Works In The Goldfields" suicide prevention program. Living Works is a community based education program that arms people with the skills to recognise people who are at risk of self-harm, and gives them the skills to intervene and seek professional help. The education seminars are run by Lifeline and have passed out around 270 people in the last 2.5 years. The suicide rate in WA is 30% higher than the road toll, and half as high again in regional areas and amongst the Indigenous Community. The need is acute and ongoing.
