About the Client:

Rio Tinto are expanding operations in the Pilbara to epic proportions while introducing next generation technologies to deliver greater efficiency, lower production costs and improved health, safety, and environmental performance.

About the Role:

WorkPac is currently in search of a Business Readiness Specialist to join our esteemed client's team, based in Perth (with regular adhoc travel). This position is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week for 12 months with potential to extend.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand and promote Foundry platform and tools

• Develop detailed rollout plans for end-users

• Plan communications to drive engagement and adoption

• Create communication and training materials as needed

• Provide training and support to end-users

• Build dashboards to monitor adoption and value

• Track adoption metrics and adjust approach

• Guide business through process changes for technology solutions

• Secure endorsement from leaders for plans and changes

• Document improvement opportunities and feature requests

• Prioritize feature requests based on business value.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to document them

• Minimum 5 years Change Manager Experience (Mandatory)

• Experience contributing to statements of work and scoping projects

• Ability to analyze data and build/modify low-code/no-code pipelines, reports, dashboards, and front-ends

• Experience with technology/software/data product implementation

• Mining or rail industry experience (favoured)

• Technical proficiency

• Willingness to learn a new platform

• Willingness to help others in the team be successful

• Comfortable working to weekly objectives and task allocation
