WorkPac is committed to corporate social responsibility, reconciliation and governance as part of its core values and vision. We recognise our responsibility to respect and protect the rights and interests of the people, communities and environments in which we operate. We strive to create positive and lasting relationships with our stakeholders, including our employees, clients, suppliers, contractors and local communities. We believe that by acting responsibly and sustainably, we can create value for our stakeholders and contribute to the social and economic development of Australia.
Corporate Social Responsibility
Our Positive Energy Program aims to support the wider community and environment through sponsorships, donations and family/youth and sporting initiatives. Our teams build partnerships with local community groups and support charity organisations through financial donations, workplace giving and volunteer work.
Reconciliation Action Plan 2023
WorkPac is committed to creating a work environment that is fair, equitable, and respectful of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures and values. In February 2023, we launched our third Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP). Our RAP focuses on improving employment and training outcomes, as well as increasing participation in community engagement initiatives.
Our vision for reconciliation goes beyond our organisation’s ability to influence the industries in which we operate. We aim to support and educate our clients about culturally sensitive hiring practices whilst building stronger relationships between WorkPac, First Nations employees, candidates and clients. These relationships are essential in restoring equity, dignity and respect.
The WorkPac RAP working group is committed to driving positive change both within the organisation and the broader community. The working group is dedicated and focused on its purpose and understands commitment and resilience are essential for making meaningful progress in our RAP. The working group has a valuable partnership with JobTrail which includes regular consultation with the national team and the delivery of Cultural Intelligence Training.
Our RAP has become a vital part of our culture, driving our ongoing efforts to make positive contributions to the communities in which we operate.

About the Artists
Trevor Eastwood and Jason Douglas met as firefighters 13 years ago protecting our communities in western Sydney. Both of their fathers are respected elders in their communities and are deeply worried that their knowledge, skills and culture are not getting passed down so are happy their legacy continues with the work they are doing. As parents themselves, both Trevor and Jason understand the importance of culture and the power it plays in connecting people.
DALMARRI comes from the meaning MEETING PLACE and is perfect for what they teach in learning, engaging and connecting to all communities.
‘Life is short, but art lives forever.’
