End of Year Pay Run
& Closing Dates

With the end of the year fast approaching, please be advised of the following Pay Run arrangements:

• Week Commencing Monday 22nd December 2025
  • Please ensure we have received your approved timesheet by 10am Monday 22nd December 2025 to ensure it is processed on time.
  • All payruns will be processed as per normal.
• Week Commencing Monday 29th December 2025
  • Please ensure we have received your approved timesheet by 10am Monday 29th December 2025 to ensure it is processed on time.
  • All payruns will be processed as per normal.

Please check with your bank with regards to their processing days
