Whether you’re just starting your job search or already on assignment with WorkPac, myWorkPac puts everything you need right at your fingertips. From building your profile and applying for jobs to submitting your timesheet, checking payslips and accessing benefits—it’s all in one place.
In this guide, we’ll walk you through what myWorkPac can do, how to use it, and why it’s the smart way to manage your employment journey with WorkPac.
What is myWorkPac?
myWorkPac is WorkPac’s online system designed for jobseekers and employees. It allows you to:
- Create a job-ready profile;
- Search and apply for jobs;
- Track your applications;
- Submit timesheets;
- Access payslips; and
- Unlock exclusive employee benefits once you’re working with us.
myWorkPac is accessible via myWorkPac.com or the myWorkPac app can be downloaded on the App Store or on the Google Play.
Once logged into myWorkPac, on the home screen, new users can click Get Started, while existing users can update their profile or access key features like Payslips, Assigned Jobs, or My Benefits.
How to Apply for a Job
To apply for jobs through myWorkPac, you’ll need to complete your profile with the following information:

Enter Your Personal Details
Make sure everything is correct and current so we can stay in touch.

Upload Your Resume
Add your resume to showcase your experience, skills, and qualifications. myWorkPac accepts Word, PDF, text, and image files.

Set Your Work Preferences
List your most recent roles, select the industries you’re interested in, or let us know if you’re entering the workforce for the first time.

Upload Qualifications and Tickets
Include any licences, certificates, or other qualifications that are relevant to the work you want to do. If something isn’t listed, you can upload it manually via the Work Documents section.

Add Your Work History and Referees
To complete your myWorkPac profile, add at least two previous roles – each with a referee contact. This gives us everything we need to match you to the right job.
Search for Jobs
Click Search for Jobs in the sidebar to head straight to the live job board on workpac.com. Use filters to narrow down results by role, location, or industry.
Track Your Applications
Keep tabs on every job you’ve applied for with the Applied for Jobs tab. You’ll see your recent applications and their current status – all in one place.

View Your Payslips
Working with WorkPac? Access payslips from the last three months through the Payslips tab. You can download copies anytime, anywhere.
If you have questions about your payslip, your WorkPac representative is always here to help.
Access Exclusive Benefits with Flare
Once you’re on assignment, you’ll gain access to My Benefits powered by Flare Benefits – a hub of discounts and offers across leading retailers, travel, health, and more.
Benefits are automatically enabled for active workers. If you’ve started and don’t see them, reach out to your WorkPac representative for support.
Let Us Know You’re Ready: Consider Me for Roles?
If you’re actively looking for work, there’s one small toggle that makes a big difference.
At the bottom of your myWorkPac screen, you’ll see the Consider Me for Roles switch. When set to YES, this tells our team that you’re currently on the lookout for a new job and ensures you’ll receive job alerts via email or SMS if a job matches what you’re looking for.
You can manage your job and training alert preferences under Settings > Notification Settings at any time. Staying visible means you’re always in the loop for roles that match your profile.
