How to Report a Hazard in the Workplace

Do you know the process of reporting a hazard in the workplace?
The importance of reporting a hazard in a timely manner is a major component of the WorkPac accident prevention program.
If you see a hazard, which can be identified from:
observation;
inspection;
task observation; or
as a result of an accident investigation.
