What has been the highlight of your WorkPac career so far?

There have been a few highlights!

• Winning Recruitment Coordinator of The Year at our annual ‘Dudley Awards’

• Attending Management Conferences in New Zealand and Thailand

• The teams and people I work with

• Some great Christmas Parties

• Travelling and working in different offices

• The Clients and Candidates I’ve worked with

What do you love most about your role?

I enjoy finding people employment and seeing good outcomes i.e casual employment turning into permanent work. This means a lot to people and their families.

What have you learnt about yourself since starting?

Adapting all the time to get the best outcome.
