​Meet Jade Johnson, one of WorkPac’s Mining Recruitment Coordinators located in Biloela. We asked Jade to tell us about her experience over her recruiting career at WorkPac.

What excited you about the opportunity to join WorkPac?

I called a friend who has worked for the company for nearly 5 years, and she loves it, so I jumped on and applied! 11 months on, I see it as an opportunity to contribute to an exciting, forward-thinking, fast-moving company surrounded by like-minded people full of endless opportunities.

What are your favourite roles to recruit for?

My favourite roles are Digger and Multi-skilled Operators. These are the hardest to fill but once they come over and you give them a great experience, they are the candidates that stay for a long time! I also do enjoy looking for the Diesel Fitters too!
