Update of the Vote outcome

WorkPac have now received a certified Ballot Result confirming a majority YES vote for the proposed new Agreement.

WorkPac have now also submitted the application correspondence to the Fair Work Commission (FWC) for the proposed new Agreement to be approved. We expect this process to take approximately 4-5 weeks.

To be clear, the new Agreement does not come into effect until it is approved by the FWC.

Further updates will be provided in due course.
