CLINT PHILLIPS

​​Clint joined WorkPac in 2017 with a background spanning recruitment, labour hire, human resources, mining, infrastructure, industrial and commercial development sectors with organisations such as Rio Tinto and Downer.

Following a successful career in a number of management roles across the Industrial and Mining business, Clint was appointed General Manager, Operations in 2022 to lead the operational delivery of WorkPac’s Industrial and Professional and Health and Social Care businesses.
