Important Update for WA Resource Employees

By direction of the WA Chief Health Officer, it is mandatory for certain workers to have received their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine by 1st December 2021 to continue working in the same role.

Relevant employees who are not vaccinated with a single dose by 1 December 2021 will not be permitted to attend their workplace.

The direction requires employers to request proof of vaccination, and requires them to keep a register of employees showing their vaccination status. 

WA mine site workers must receive their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine by 1st December 2021 and be fully vaccinated by 30th December 2021. Link:Mandatory COVID-19 Vaccinations WA.

WorkPac requires ALL WA resource sector employees to provide evidence of their COVID -19 vaccination status. 

Provide your evidence via the following methods:

1) Via your secure employee profile at https://my.workpac.com/main/covid-form and following the prompts, or

2) Upload a photo of your evidence via the form on this page, or

3) Email your full name, mobile number and evidence to info@workpac.com

Acceptable forms of evidence are:

  • Immunisation History Statement recorded on the Australian Immunisation Register; or 

  • COVID-19 digital vaccination certificate; or

  • Australian Government COVID-19 Certificate, or

  • Australian Government International COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate

Example of acceptable evidence:

WorkPac requests that you action this request for evidence as a matter of urgency. In the absence of satisfactory evidence, WorkPac will need to assume a status of “un-vaccinated”.
