WorkPac is proud to partner with Gryphon Psychology to provide a confidential and supportive Employee Assistance Program. The counselling service offered can assist our people in addressing personal or work-related concerns.
Gryphon Psychology has been in operation since 2004 and provides professional employee support and counselling services across Australia. They have fully qualified professionals including clinical psychologists, psychologists, social workers, and psychotherapists who provide confidential face-to-face or over-the-phone support.
This service is available to all WorkPac Employees.
Gryphon EAP psychologists are trained and experienced in dealing with a wide range of issues including;
- Stress and Conflict
- Relationship difficulties
- Anxiety and depression
- Financial and legal problems
