WorkPac provides our workers with benefits including:

To register with WorkPac, you must complete an online application on myWorkPac or via the myWorkPac app. You will be asked to provide:

  • Your personal details;
  • Resume and work history;
  • Qualifications, tickets and licences; and
  • References.

You can update your availability, job preferences, and documentation at anytime by logging into your account on myWorkPac or the myWorkPac app.

Whilst it is not necessary to upload all of your information and documentation, it will assist WorkPac in identifying your suitability for potential applications or jobs.

Our recruiters will review your application against our clients needs and may contact you to go through our recruitment process. This may include an interview, reference checks, pre-employment medicals, verification of documents including tickets/licences and right to work in Australia.

If you’ve applied for a job using the myWorkPac app, you can check the status of your application via the Applications tab.

Yes, if there are no opportunities of interest available, you can create a profile with WorkPac to submit your resume. We regularly undertake searches of our database to identify suitable candidates. If you already have a profile with WorkPac you can simply update your resume and details.

No, every client, state and industry, differs in the requirements for workers. These include but not limited to:

  • Start up procedures prior to commencing shifts;
  • PPE requirements;
  • Shift length; and
  • Timesheets requirements.

If successful in your application, you will be provided with specific information in relation to your assignment on the Client’s site prior to commencing your assignment.

If you are unable to attend for your rostered shift with the Client, you must contact your Client Supervisor and WorkPac Representative by phone call as soon as possible to confirm your absence and indicative return date.

An FTM is a Field Team Member, or a WorkPac employee assigned to undertake work on a Client’s site.

If you are successful in your application for employment with WorkPac, you may be appointed as an FTM.

You will receive a confirmation email with the relevant job offer information and a link to complete an online induction. The induction will cover the basics of working with WorkPac, such as our policies, procedures, expectations, and safety guidelines.

WorkPac adheres to taxation and superannuation obligations as required by law. All employees will receive access to their payslips via myWorkPac or the myWorkPac app and to their income statement via the Australian Taxation Office (‘ATO’) website.

Our fees vary depending on the type and level of the position, the industry, and the location. We charge a percentage of the hourly rate/annual salary of the candidate we place. We are open to discussing and negotiating the best fee structure and payment terms for each client, depending on their needs and budget.

We handle replacements, terminations, or disputes involving the candidates we place with professionalism and fairness. We follow the terms and conditions of our contracts and agreements with both the clients and the candidates and respect their rights and obligations. We comply with all the relevant laws and regulations regarding employment and industrial relations.
