What you will be doing
You will coordinate and manage the invoicing sent to customers along with project specific documentation to ensure continuity of cash flow for the business. You will also work across different departments as needed to help support the business.
Other duties include:
- Generate and submit invoices
- Monitoring customer accounts
- Managing retention and initiate collections
- Communicate with customers
- Assist with month end closing
- Assisting the estimating team when required
What you will need
- Previous accounts receivable experience
- Attention to detail
- Technical aptitude
- High levels of customer service and communication skills
