About the role:

WorkPac is seeking an Administrator to join our client for a 6 month duration based in Yatala, QLD.

 

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • First point of contact for all incoming calls and guests
  • Ensure incoming and outgoing mails and e-mails are attended to, sorted and distributed in a timely manner, including daily airbags locally and interstate.
  • Operate and maintain office equipment and landline telephones.
  • Purchase and control of stationery and office supplies.
  • Maintain and archive records.
  • Ensure correct assignment of account entries
  • Process and submit to A/P Department for payment
  • Create Purchase Orders/Goods receipts
  • Raise POs as needed
  • Reconcile and receive goods in correct storage location
  • Process daily Delivery and Goods Returned dockets
  • Manage daily stock requests and transfers thru the mobile sales force automation tool
  • Submit weekly timesheet to HR
  • Accepts and process customer payments
  • Reconcile customer accounts
  • Process payments for banking
  • Retrieve information from SAP as required
  • Prepare reports as needed by the State Manager

 

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Previous Administration experience
  • SAP experience desirable
  • Previous customer service experience desirable
  • Data entry skills
  • Cert III in Administration (Preferred)
  • Full Australian Drivers License
