A prominent mining operation in Queensland, this site is a key producer of high-quality thermal and metallurgical coal for domestic and international markets. With a focus on responsible resource extraction, the operation integrates advanced technology, sustainability practices, and community engagement to ensure efficient and environmentally conscious production.
About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to work with our valued mining client based in the Bowen basin. This position is offering a 9-day fortnight roster for a 6-12 month duration.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Own and facilitate all incoming calls and action requests promptly.
- Manage and facilitate customer requests and enquiries over the counter or telephone.
- Liaise with field staff and assist with timesheet kiosk process functionality
- Maintain records for testing, service calls and minor works (computer/hard copy).
- Housekeeping to be kept up to date in the warehouse/store, office and computer system.
- In conjunction with the other Admin staff you will facilitate and coordinate all branch administration activities on a daily basis.
- Data Entry
Skills and Experience required:
- 1+ years site administration experience in mining
- Current Standard 11
- Coal Board Medical
- Valid C Class drivers license.
