About the Client
We have multiple position at our Banyo location for experienced administration professionals for an immidiate start. These roles will lead to fulltime permanent positions for the right candidates.
What you will be doing:
You will be working alongside enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to grow the team in data entry, billing and sales support roles. This positions focus on managing orders, data entry, resolving issues efficiently. You will work closely with management and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, accurate data management and timely support for orders.
What you will need
To be successful for this role you would need to have proven experience in a high paced office environment and working within customer service role.
You role will include:
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships.
- Managing order process
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Maintaining accurate data and managing customer records.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Service and Logistics.
- Prioritizing tasks to manage workloads during busy periods.
- Acting as a customer champion by providing feedback and suggesting improvements.
- Supporting the Regional Business Manager with reporting and analysis.
What you will need:
- Previous data entry experience
- Proficiency in systems such as SAP, Office 365
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management
- A proactive, self-motivated, and energetic approach to work
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- A customer-focused mindset with a drive to seek positive outcomes
