About the Role:

WorkPac is currently in search of an Administration Officer to join our esteemed client's team, based in Karratha. This position is Monday to Friday, full-time hours.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate facility and equipment maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
  • Engage with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing of contract rates to clients, adhering to specific contract terms.
  • Maintain and update employee personnel files, ensuring all compliance documentation is in place.
  • Generate purchase orders for goods and services needed at the site.
  • Track and enter expenses into the expense interface tracker, ensuring customer details are complete.
  • Manage and maintain registers for various safety checks (electrical, first aid, fire extinguishers) and IT hardware, filing evidence supplied by contractors.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proficient in Excel and Outlook.
  • Basic understanding of accounting and invoicing.
  • Experience in administration or operations support.
  • Strong organizational and filing skills.
  • Ability to manage vendor and contractor relationships.
  • Knowledge of safety compliance and record-keeping.
