With a long-standing history of excellence, they provide comprehensive fire safety services, including fire equipment supply, alarm and evacuation systems, fire suppression, emergency lighting, and specialized training programs.

About the Role:

WorkPac is currently in search of an Administrator/Sales Representative to join our esteemed client's team, based in Welshpool. This position is Monday to Friday, full-time hours.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with field supervisors, technicians, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact between field-based staff and external clients.
• Manage and maintain records of defect details in the Sales/Pronto CRM system.
• Provide clear and concise information to clients regarding the defect rectification process.
• Prepare quotations and standardized pricing as required.
• Follow up with clients to resolve outstanding issues and ensure timely job completion.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in customer service, administration, or sales.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and work well in a team
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced service environment.
• Confident using CRM systems (Sales/Pronto preferred) and managing records efficiently.
• High attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset to resolve customer inquiries.
• C-class Drivers Licence
