An exciting opportunity for a mechanically-minded Reliability Specialist / Sales Representative to support field service work, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales growth across the WA region, based in Wangara.

About the Position
Join a supportive and driven team as a Reliability Specialist based in Wangara. Youll be the key point of contact for customers, working hands-on with mechanical systems, solving technical challenges, and developing new business.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Perform on-site technical service, installations, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Build long-term customer relationships through regular site visits and communication
- Promote and sell reliability-based solutions aligned with customer needs
- Drive account retention and foster repeat business through service excellence
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Document service visits, sales activities, and client feedback accurately
- Stay updated on new technologies to provide the best solutions to clients
Skills and Experience Required
- 4 to 5 years experience in pumps, mechanical systems, or fluid handling
- Trade background (e.g., fitter) or mechanical aptitude highly valued
- Site-based experience and understanding of reliability/maintenance practices
- Sales or client-facing experience beneficial but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required
