About Our Client
Our client helps process, hybrid, and discrete manufacturer's maximise production, protect personnel and the environment while optimising their energy and operating costs. They are currently seeking dedicated and skilled forklift operators to join their team out of their Eagle Farm warehouse.
Roster
Afternoon shift: Monday Thursday 2:00PM 10:30PM | Friday 10:30AM 4:30PM
What You Will Be Doing
Our client is seeking a skilled High Reach Forklift Operator (Material Handler), for afternoon shifts, based out of their Eagle Farm warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for working in a large dispatch area and be responsible for completing the below duties:
- Loading & unloading trucks using a high reach forklift
- Picking parts and packing orders onto pallets
- Building pallets and crates using a nail gun (training will be provided)
- Fitting tags to valves using hand drills and a small strapping machine.
- Strapping valves/components to pallets and crates.
- Maintaining the dispatch area to ensure a smooth operation.
- Use of power tools
What You Will Need
- Drivers licence and reliable transport
- High reach forklift experience and a valid forklift ticket.
- At least 2 years of experience in a warehousing environment.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (PEM) and drug and alcohol screening (DAS)
