WorkPac require a Metal Industry Supervisor to join our clients team in a casual role in the northern suburbs.

About our Client
Our client is a leading manufacturer in the sheet metal roll forming industry, known for precision, quality, and innovation. We are seeking an experienced Afternoon Shift Supervisor to lead our production team, ensuring smooth operation, safety, and efficiency.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Provide high-quality supervision
- Oversee and coordinate production activities for the afternoon shift
- Adhere to production requirements and schedules using your metal industry experience
- Ensuring all work is performed in accordance to safety, schedules, guidelines and criteria
- Demonstrate adherence to planned work and the required quality output
- Troubleshoot machinery and process issues to minimise downtime
- Participate in and contribute to a diverse workplace culture, creating an inclusive environment for a continued high performance team
What You Will Need:
- Current drivers licence
- Strong knowledge of metal industry machinery and use of related tooling
- Substantial & demonstrated skills in working within a collaborative, highly skilled work environment
- Strong level of supervision skills within manufacturing
- Strong understanding of safety
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Problem-solving ability with a hands-on approach
- Leadership qualifications will be advantageous
