About Our Client

Our client is a leading aged care provider committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. They create a supportive and safe environment for both residents and staff, offering a range of services including psychogeriatric, mental health, and NDIS-supported care.

What You Will Be Doing

Working Monday to Friday (6:00am - 2:30pm) on a fixed-term contract, you will provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents with complex physical and mental health needs. This includes:

• Administering medications and monitoring clinical outcomes
• Assessing, planning, and evaluating resident care plans
• Supporting residents with psychogeriatric or mental health conditions
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
• Ensuring a safe, compliant, and respectful environment

What You Will Need

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Bachelor of Nursing
• Minimum 5 years post-registration experience, ideally in aged care or mental health
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• National Police Check
• First Aid & CPR certification
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Relevant vaccinations, including annual influenza
