• 2:1 FIFO roster one week days, one week nights
• Multiple positions available Production & Site Services
• Work across key gold projects in the Kalgoorlie region

About the Client:

Our client is a WA-based mining services company providing flexible and scalable contract mining solutions. With a modern fleet and experienced team, they deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective support across various commodities and operations.

About the Role:

WorkPac is currently in search of All Round Operators to join our esteemed client's team, based on a 2/1 FIFO roster from Perth, Day Shift and Night Shift.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate a range of machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform production or site services tasks as required across gold mining operations
• Conduct pre-start checks and maintain equipment to site standards
• Assist with general labouring and site maintenance duties
• Follow site safety protocols and contribute to a safety-first culture
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
• Maintain accurate records of work and equipment use

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience operating various heavy machinery (e.g. excavators, loaders, dozers, graders, trucks)
• Proven experience on Hitatchi EX1200, EX1900 & Volvo EC700 excavators, CAT 775F, 777F, 777G Trucks, CAT D10 Dozers, CAT 16M Graders, CAT 950GC and 966M Loaders and CAT 740 and 777 Water carts
• Previous experience in either production or site services roles within mining
• Ability to work safely and follow strict safety procedures
• Capable of performing manual labour when required
• Valid HR drivers licence
• Relevant machinery tickets (Preferred)
• Ability to work a 2/1 FIFO roster with rotating day and night shifts
