What You Will Be Doing:

WorkPac is seeking experienced Excavator operators to work FIFO from Perth on a 2/1 roster, 7 days, 7 nights, 7 off.  This is a long term opportunity on offer, with the potential for permanent. This excellent opportunity will place you at the core of the operations, allowing you to make a significant impact across key gold projects in the Kalgoorlie region.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

        Operating machinery efficiently, safely, and competently to ensure maximum output

        Complying with the company policies and procedures 

        Responding to instructions from Mining Supervisor

        Ensuring floor levels are maintained

        Minimising dilution and achieving design parameters within acceptable tolerances

        Setting and maintain high housekeeping standards

        Carrying out pre-start checks

What You Will Need:

• 2 year experience
• Gold mining experience, highly regarded
• Experience operating excavators including Hitachi EX1200, 1900, Volvo EC700
• Gold experience highly regarded
• Previous mining contractor experience highly regarded (THIESS, Macmahon etc)
• National Police Clearance

What Is In It For You:
