Allocator
$42.75 per hour+ penalties
Monday to Friday Position
10 hour day shifts
WorkPac are seeking an Allocator for work based with our client in the Gunnedah area to distribute and schedule rosters across the mining, rail and civil industries.
About our client
Our Client is a locally owned and operated company specialising in heavy equipment hire and haulage services. Theyâre expert operators with over 45 years of experience.
What you will be doing
The successful candidate will be required to commit to working on a Monday to Friday basis completing the following duties:
Effectively and positively communicate with employees and clients
Scheduling of resources and allocating efficiently across multiple sites and industries
Management of work load ensuring you are able to manage your time and respond to queries efficiently
Management of Data ensuring all information is provided accurately
Utilising of software to perform required tasks including Assigner and Xero.
What you will need
Minimum 12 months' experience in scheduling and allocating of resources
Have a high level of attention to detail
An understanding of cranes, heavy haulage and OSOM requirements would be beneficial but is not essential.
Strong administration skills
Previous experience utilising Assigner and Xero would be advantageous
Current Drivers Licence
Ability to pass a Pre Employment Medical
