About our Client

WorkPac are currently working with a range of Aged Care facilities across Toowoomba. 

About the Role

As an agency AIN with WorkPac, youll have the flexibility to work across Aged Care facilities in Toowoomba. Whether you prefer morning, afternoon, or night shifts, we will match you with opportunities that suit your schedule, location, and expertise. Youll provide high-quality, compassionate care while being fully supported by our recruitment and allocations team. Shifts are easily managed through our intuitive scheduling app, allowing you to balance work with your lifestyle.

What You Will Be Doing

• Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Supporting mobility and transfers (using hoists, wheelchairs, or walking aids)
• Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
• Observing and reporting changes in patient conditions
• Providing emotional support and companionship

What You Will Need

• Paid work experience (minimum 3 months paid experience in Australia)
• Current CPR
• National Police Clearance
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
• Vaccine Preventable Checklist (applicable to hospitals only)
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to different locations for shifts
