Bagging Operators Skilled Labourers
- Location: Moranbah, QLD
- Roster: 5/2 then 4/5, 5/4 (Monday to Friday)
- Hours: 12-hour shifts
- Pay Rate: $42 per hour
About Our Client
Our Client is a global leader in the commercial explosives industry, known for providing high-quality products and services to the mining, quarrying, and construction sectors.
What Will You Be Doing
As a Bagging Operator, you will be an essential part of the production team, responsible for:
- Filling bulk bags with ammonium nitrate at the bagging plant
- Monitoring machinery to ensure smooth operation and escalating any issues
- Performing repetitive manual labour in a fast-paced environment
- If you hold a current forklift licence, rotating between bagging duties and transporting filled bags to the storage area
What You Will Need
- High Risk Forklift Licence (highly desirable for job rotation)
- Previous experience in labour-intensive or industrial roles
- Current Drivers Licence
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work safely and follow operational procedures
