With a focus on long-term growth and sustainability, they are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their East Perth office.
About the Role
WorkPac are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support the day-to-day finance and administrative operations of this multi-entity organisation. Based in East Perth, this is a hands-on role working collaboratively within the existing administration team. The successful candidate will assist with a range of finance functions while providing general office support to management and directors.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable and Receivable processing
- Payroll administration
- Invoice data entry and accurate record-keeping
- Bank and account reconciliations
- Office administration and all-round support
- Assistance to the Management Team and Directors
- Additional administrative duties as needed
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and office administration, ideally across multiple entities
- Proficiency in XERO and MYOB accounting software
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and competence with other MS Office tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and contribute as part of a team
- Adaptable, with a willingness to learn new software and systems
