About the Client
Our Client is a well-established commercial building contractor delivering high-quality remediation and upgrade works across Brisbane. They are currently undertaking a commercial project in New Farm and are seeking an experienced Bricklayer to join the site team for a defined project period. This role suits someone who takes pride in workmanship and is comfortable working on active commercial sites.
What you will be doing
As a Bricklayer, you will be responsible for the below duties:
- Removing and replacing existing bricks on a commercial building
- Laying new standard bricks to specification
- Ensuring work is completed to a high-quality finish
- Working safely in accordance with site requirements
- Coordinating with site supervisors and other trades
What you will need
To be successful in this role you will need to have the below:
- Proven commercial bricklaying experience
- Current Construction White Card
- Valid Drivers Licence
- Ability to work full site hours and meet project deadlines
