$23.14 p/h + penalties

Earn hands-on experience while you learn

About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career in procurement and supply chain. As a Trainee Purchasing Officer, youll be part of a friendly team where youll learn the ropes of purchasing, supplier communication, and database management. No two days are the same, and youll get the support you need to grow your skills and confidence in a real-world business environment.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Helping to create and track purchase orders
- Speaking with suppliers about deliveries, prices, and stock availability
- Keeping supplier records and databases up to date
- Assisting the finance team with invoice checks
- Supporting the team with general admin and purchasing tasks
What Were Looking For:
- Comfortable using or willingness to learn Microsoft Word and other basic computer programs
- A genuine interest in learning about business or procurement
- Great communication skills and a team-player attitude
- Most importantly, a willingness to learn and grow
