About the Role:
WorkPac is currently in search of a Business Development Manager to join our esteemed client's team based in Perth. This position is permanent, full time with our client.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage existing client relationships and address their requirements across metropolitan and regional areas.
- Develop new business opportunities and actively seek out potential customers.
- Utilize the current product portfolio and explore new product development to meet client needs.
- Work independently with minimal supervision to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Demonstrate strong sales ability, preferably in industrial, building products, or metals environments.
- Communicate effectively and maintain well-developed computer skills for sales tracking and client management.
- Collaborate and contribute to a small, highly productive team to meet company goals.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in an industrial or building products environment (metals/building systems experience is a plus).
- Strong ability to manage customer relationships while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Highly motivated with a proactive approach to work, capable of operating with minimal supervision.
- Well-developed computer and communication skills for sales tracking and client interaction.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel to both metropolitan and regional areas as required.
