About the Client:

Rio Tinto are expanding operations in the Pilbara to epic proportions while introducing next generation technologies to deliver greater efficiency, lower production costs and improved health, safety, and environmental performance.
About the Role:
WorkPac is currently in search of a Business Support Officer to join our esteemed client's team based in Karratha. This position is based on a Monday to Friday roster, full time hours, Karratha Residentials only.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the Business Support team
- Manage travel bookings and site communications
- Process IVMS tokens, gate cards, PSG orders, and MSIC applications
- Respond to customer enquiries via Zoho Desk
- Raise purchase orders and process invoices using SAP
- Liaise with stakeholders and maintain strong customer service
- Work collaboratively with admin staff to support smooth site operations alignment with engagement protocols.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous administration experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience using SAP (Process to Pay) highly desirable
- Power BI and Zoho Desk experience desirable
