About the Client:
This company specializes in the design and manufacturing of office furniture and cabinetry. Operating out of their Loganholm location they provide bespoke furniture to offices around the Brisbane and gold coast region.
About the Role:
As an apprentice cabinet maker, you'll work alongside experienced tradespeople on a variety of projects to learn all aspect of the role from start to finish. This will include assisting with construction and assembly of office furniture, Operation of machinery including saws, drills, routers, assisting in all aspect of cabinet making, all in shed work and not affected by weather.
You'll have the opportunity to learn from life long professionals and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of carpentry and cabinet making.
- Assisting the tradespeople with their daily tasks
- Unloading/loading the truck with materials each day
- Moving solar panels into place
- Basic hand/power tool use for installations
What you will need:
- Construction White Card
- Driver's Licence + reliable transport
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy materials
- Strong work ethics and ability to work in in a long term role
