We are seeking two motivated Asphalt Workers to join our team based in Swanbank. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with experience in civil roadworks or asphalting to secure long-term employment. You will be working on a variety of projects, including roads, pathways, and parking lots, with both day and night shifts available.

What You Will Be Doing

• Operate machinery such as rollers and trucks (50% of the time).
• Assist in pouring, smoothing, and setting asphalt on various surfaces.
• Rake, sweep, and line out areas to prepare for asphalt work.
• Measure and line out work areas for daily tasks.
• Maintain site cleanliness and pack away equipment at the end of each shift.
• Drive the crew truck to and from the worksite.

What You Will Need

• Minimum roller operating ticket (other operating tickets are desirable).
• Driver???s Licence with reliable transport.
• Truck Licence desirable (MR/HR/HC)
• Previous experience in civil roadworks or asphalting (minimum 6 months).
• Willingness to work across both day and night shifts, Monday to Friday, with Saturday work as required.
• Valid Construction White Card.
