About Our Client

Our Client is a construction and engineering company that works on major infrastructure projects in Queensland and New South Wales. They provide services for roads, rail, water, aviation, mining, and urban development.

What You Will Be Doing:

As a civil labourer you will be required to work 8-9 hour days, Monday-Friday, 6:30AM starts. Your duties will include;

Assist with site preparation, setup, and general clean-up
Support earthworks by spotting machinery and handling materials
Shovel, rake, spread, and compact soil and aggregates
Assist with excavation, backfilling, and trench works
Assist with installation of stormwater, sewer, and service pipes
Prepare subgrade and sub-base for roads and pavements
Assist with kerb, channel, asphalt, and concrete works
Operate hand tools and small plant (compactors, cutters, jackhammers)
Load, unload, and distribute materials and equipment

What You Will Need:

Previous civil experience (min 6 months)
White Card
Roller ticket (highly desirable and will incur $40/hour)
Confined space (highly desirable)
Drivers Licence + reliable transport
