About our client

With long-term civil projects across North Brisbane, they are seeking a skilled civil labourer with a truck licence, to join their team.
What you will be doing
As a member of the drainage crew, you will be required to work 9-10 hour days, Monday to Friday, commencing at 6:30am daily. Your core duties will include;
- Operating tipper trucks
- Install sewer, water and drainage pipes and fittings, conduits, culverts
- Install and remove temporary fencing, traffic barriers, safety fencing, silt fencing and other safety / environmental controls
- Dig ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, and compact and level earth to grade specifications -using picks, crowbars, shovels, engine powered compaction equipment
- Operate demolition equipment (saws, jackhammers, drills) to cut and break up concrete or pavement
- Construct concrete structures -manholes, chambers, pits, headwalls

What you will need
- MR/HR Truck Licence
- Reliable Transport
- White Card
- Proven experience in Civil Pipe Laying on Water/Sewerage works
- Experienced and general understanding in civil works (Drainage / Formwork / Civil Construction) is required
- Available for immediate start and open to long term ongoing work
- Requirement to be physically fit and healthy to perform duties
