About the Role:
Looking for a rewarding opportunity close to home? We are seeking skilled Civil Labourers for a major road project near Paradise Dam. This is your chance to secure steady work for the next 6 + months with a reliable, structured roster. Be part of a critical infrastructure project that will enhance the regionâs roads, working alongside a great team and contributing to something that will make a lasting difference in your community.
What You Will Be Doing:
Enjoy a great work-life balance with a 10/4 roster (10 days on, 4 days off) and 11-hour shifts. Youâll be getting your hands dirty in the best way, taking on labour-intensive tasks such as road construction, excavation, and site preparation. Safety is always a priority, so youâll be putting your skills to use while ensuring high standards are met. Youâll work alongside a supportive crew, meeting project deadlines and building something you'll take pride in for years to come.
What You Will Need:
- White Card
- Proven experience as a Civil Labourer, ideally in roadworks or construction
- A strong work ethic with the physical ability to handle labour-intensive tasks
- Safety-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Must be local to the Bundaberg, Hervey Bay, Maryborough, Biggenden area
