About Our Client:
Our client is a leading provider of mining, urban, and civil infrastructure project management services, operating across Queensland and South Australia. Known for their reliability and cost-effectiveness, they are dedicated to achieving successful outcomes by working closely with clients to create and deliver value on every project.
What You Will Be Doing:
As a Civil Leading Hand, you will step up to oversee a small crew of operators and labourers. You will have proven knowledge of civil earthworks and subdivision projects.
What You Will Need:
As a collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will bring:
- Previous experience as a Civil Leading Hand (minimum 2 years)
- Relevant Tickets Excavator/Moxy/Roller/Dozer (highly regarded)
- Dedication to achieving shared goals and objectives
- High ethical standards and integrity in all aspects of your work
- A commitment to delivering exceptional work and exceeding expectations
