About the Role:

WorkPac is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join our leading mining client in Roxby Downs. This role is open to both residential candidates and FIFO from Adelaide on a Monday to Friday roster.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Perform a range of contract administration tasks including managing timesheets, processing purchase orders, and verifying invoices.

  • Coordinate new applications, including yard and vendor applications.

  • Facilitate and support the Surface Contractor Forum.

  • Participate in and compile results from various layered audits.

  • Record and manage contractor meeting minutes.

  • Build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with contractors and key stakeholders.

  • Act as a liaison between operations and contractors, ensuring clear communication and effective stakeholder engagement.

  • Provide support to contractors to help them fulfil their obligations effectively.

  • Play a key role in the mobilisation and demobilisation processes for contracted services.

  • Assist in identifying, evaluating, and implementing contract improvement initiatives.

  • Contribute to the identification and execution of cost-saving opportunities.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Administration experience in the mining industry

  • SAP experience desirable

  • Strong multi-tasking skills, including the ability to prioritise a variety of tasks.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, MS Teams).

  • Current drivers licence
