About the Client
Batchfire Resources owns and operates the Callide Mine in Central Queenslandan established open-cut coal operation located 120km Southwest of Gladstone and 20km Northeast of Biloela. Producing up to 10mtpa of thermal coal, Callide Mine supports domestic power generation, alumina refining, and export markets. With extensive reserves and long-term contracts, the site offers a secure and stable operating environment and strong future outlook.
About the Role
Demonstrated experience as a Contracts Officer, including contract administration, researching and analysing information, and preparing accurate reports, memoranda, and correspondence within required time frames.
Preferably experience in a similar role, with a general understanding of contract law and standard contract conditions
Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships across all areas of the organisation
Advanced computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong time management, task prioritisation, and adaptability in a dynamic and challenging work environment
