About Our Client

Our client is a leading Australian Mining and Resource client with operations and exploration projects across the Bowen and Surat basins, with four major coal-producing assets supplying metallurgical coal to a global market. They hold a strong track record of performance in developing, operating and rehabilitating coal resources to produce export metallurgical coal for steel making.

 What you will be Doing

• Demonstrated commitment to Safety
• Operation of Fleet Management Systems with a range of multiple fleet types and efficiency targets
• Engage with key stakeholders to execute and influence daily, weekly and monthly targets and strategies
• Effective Administration and Information Collating
• Comply with Business fatigue management polices

What you will need

• Prior Mining/Experience in Mine Operations control room environment (Preferred), or similar exposure in Fleet or Logistics Environments, or high-volume operational expectations (Logistics, Warehousing or Aviation).
• Understanding of service delivery and value chain impacts.
• Ability to multitask and triage risk to efficiency targets is vital.
• Efficient activation of emergency response and coordination or other high pressure critical tasks.
• Continuous improvement and collaborative mindset.
• Current C Class Driver's License.
