About the Role:
WorkPac is seeking a Control Systems Engineer to join our leading Engineering Services company. The role involves providing specialised engineering services to clients, offering technical support, and supervising within the discipline team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to the department engineering team to support the Team Leader, Lead Engineers and Principal Engineers.
- Produce instrumentation and controls system designs as required.
- Provide design assistance in the identification, selection and procurement of equipment and components.
- Participate in review of design before implementation to ensure quality, consistency, and coordination with all aspects of the Services.
- Ensure the Engineering Team are integrated and effectively delivering to internal and external customers.
- Work with external customers as required to deliver assigned tasks.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Engineering experience in the relevant discipline in the same or similar industry including experience in multidiscipline projects and teams
- Experienced across GE/Emerson, Proficy, Cimplicity
- Demonstrated experience in commissioning
- Complex design experience
- C Class Drivers Licence
